By placing an order on Better Product Finds, you agree to purchase the selected products at the listed price, subject to availability and order confirmation.
We exclusively accept Cash on Delivery as the payment method. Payment must be made in full, in cash, to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, or digital wallets.
An order is confirmed only when you receive an official order confirmation email or SMS from Better Product Finds. Until then, no binding contract is established.
We strive for accurate pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and notify you prior to dispatching the goods.
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not subject to order cancellation penalties.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, you must refuse the delivery or initiate a return within the 14-day window.
Select products carry manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage applies strictly to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear.
Better Product Finds is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product.
